"Glad I Found the Filters I Needed"
I was happy to find the replacement filters I needed actually in stock. Checkout was easy enough, and while shipping took a little longer than I expected, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I felt relieved to finally get what I needed without a hassle.

"It helped my dust a bit, but that's about it"
I noticed a little less dust around my place after using it, so that was nice for me. But i was hoping it would do more for odors, and I didn’t really notice much of a difference there. It works okay, just not the miracle fix I wanted.

"Works fine, but I felt a little uneasy after paying"
The purifier is working well so far and it does the job. It feels solid overall, though some of the plastic parts do feel a bit cheap. I’ll be honest, after I paid I had a little bit of doubt about whether it would actually live up to the listing, but so far it’s been okay.

I wasn’t totally sure which purifier to go with, but support was helpful and kind of helped narrow it down. It did take a little while, but overall I’m happy with the choice and it seems like a good one.

"Ordering was more of a hassle than I expected"
I’m not sure, maybe it was just me, but the site felt a little confusing to use. Checkout took longer than I thought it would, and I had to go back a couple of times to fix things that weren’t really clear. The order did eventually go through, so that was fine, but yeah... it definitely wasn’t the smoothest process.

"Arrived faster than expected"
I’m usually impatient when I’m waiting on orders, so I was already expecting to keep checking the tracking and getting annoyed. But this one showed up in just a few days, way quicker than I thought it would. Tracking was simple to follow, and the box arrived in good shape.

"I don’t think I was being unreasonable here..."
I don’t think I was being unreasonable here, but the return took a lot longer than I expected. I had to keep reaching out just to get updates, and the warranty support wasn’t very clear either. To be fair, they did respond eventually, but the whole thing felt slow and kind of annoying when I was just trying to get it sorted out.

Got my purifier quickly, after just a few days our bedroom air already feels cleaner. That dusty smell is way less noticeable too, so I’m happy with it

"Helpful, though I was a little cautious at first"
I emailed them about the filter size because I wasn’t totally sure the info was right, and I was half expecting a vague salesy reply. But they got back to me the same day with a clear answer and didn’t try to push anything extra. It did take one more message to fully sort it out, which made me pause a bit, but in the end the service was good.
